Our shipping system is totally personalized, adapted to your schedules, and
with a door-to-door & pick-up delivery system.
In addition, you can track the shipment and always keep in touch with the
Shelper via internal chat.
Who receives the package confirms the delivery and leaves a review based on
three (3) aspects: punctuality, reliability and communication.


Shelper:
How about earning a few extra bucks as you go from one place to another?
Shelpers are people like you, registered in Shelp willing to deliver a package as they reach their destination.
You must have set your usual routes and schedules because the idea is that
you can monetize according to your habits.
You also have to set a price for each type/size of package when you place a
route.
The Sender will select you among other Shelpers in the area and provide the characteristics of the delivery. You set the fee, decide if you accept the job, inspect the package, pick it up, make the delivery ... and thats it!

Registration & Use:
Shelp is very easy to use and adapts to any smartphone
Send and receive packages at your fingertips.
To register with Shelp, you must put in your full phone number. That is with
the country code. For example:

To use Shelp, just open the app, then tap the option that fits you the best
(Send / Carry / Track) and follow the system directions.
You can be a Sender or a Shelper whenever you want, just register your usual routes and start making money without changing your habits.


Payments:
With Shelp you dont need to pay any subscription, you pay a fair price and the Shelpers are available 24/7.

In Shelp, payments are made only through the Stripe platform. Shelp users
agree to provide their credit/debit card or bank account details to the payment processing system used by Shelp (Stripe).
Some users may be enrolled in the payment service with conditions that allow billing. Shelp has control over payments between users and the release of funds.

Once the receiver confirms the delivery, you can accumulate money in your
Stripe account. If Shelp doesnt have confirmation in the next 24 hours, the
payment will be sent to the Shelper.
The payment will be released only when the package is confirmed to have
reached its destination.


Note: continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
